About Us
Casa Pazos was a well-known hotel/restaurant, established in 1998. After 27 years of operation, Casa Pazos closed and in March of 2025 was purchased by Jay Chretien and Leanna Fugate. In April of 2026 Casa Pazos became 3 Cabras Perdidas to reflect the different vision they have for this amazing property.
Jay and Leanna come from very different backgrounds that led them both to one another and eventually to Galicia and 3 Cabras Perdidas.
In Jay’s previous life, he worked in optometry and owned and operated a private medical office in Atlanta, Georgia. Leanna spent her time as a musician and artist with her own private music studio in Atlanta. They met in 2016 and by 2018 had made the decision to open a small rural hotel somewhere in this great wide world.
The path from the US to Spain was fraught with obstacles, never straight, usually interesting, and always surprising. They still can not believe their fortune in landing in Arbo, with all of the wonders that are still left to be discovered.
